This form searches all text on a page including the catalog numbers and descriptions for each item. Even if you limit your search with query language you will most likely receive several matches. To help assist you in choosing the correct link our pages have been named with this in mind. For example: If you are searching for a solution made with Hydrochloric acid choose the solution "H" link if you are looking for a dry chemical or reagent grade chemical choose chemical "H" Once you reach the page you may speed you search by using the "Find" feature in the "Edit" Menu of your browser.
The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:
- information retrieval
- finds documents containing 'information' or 'retrieval'
- information or retrieval
- same as above
- information and retrieval
- finds documents containing both 'information' and 'retrieval'
- information not retrieval
- finds documents containing 'information' but not 'retrieval'
- (information not retrieval) and WAIS
- finds documents containing 'WAIS', plus 'information' but not 'retrieval'

- finds documents containing words starting with 'web'
